About St. Pete’s Maids

St. Pete’s Maids is an independently owned residential cleaning company providing professional house cleaning and maid services across Michigan and Florida. Founded in Greater Lansing, Michigan, we’ve grown to serve communities throughout Greater Lansing, Metro Detroit, Ann Arbor, Grand Rapids and West Michigan, and the Tampa Bay area. We’re not a franchise or cleaning marketplace — we’re one company built to make taking care of your home easier, more reliable, and less time-consuming.

Background

More Than A Cleaning Company.

We believe a clean home can create a little more peace in a busy life — giving people time and space to focus on what matters most. That belief has shaped St. Pete’s Maids from the beginning and continues to guide the kind of company we’re building.

Mission

To create peaceful homes that give people more time to rest, recharge, and be present for what matters most.

Vision

A world where people have the time and space to show up fully for their families, communities, and the things that matter most in their lives.

History

From humble beginnings

St. Pete’s Maids started in May 2016 from a studio apartment in Lansing, Michigan. What began as a small personal endeavor grew, one customer and one cleaner at a time, into something much more meaningful: a company built around creating more time and peace for the people we serve and meaningful opportunities for the people who make that possible. Today, St. Pete’s Maids serves thousands of homes across multiple Michigan and Florida communities. We’re still independently owned and guided by the same belief that a business can grow while genuinely caring for the people around it.

Values

Core principles we live by

Keep It Simple

Hiring a cleaning company shouldn’t create more work. We build around making life easier — not adding unnecessary complexity.

Care On All Levels

We believe a healthy company should care for its customers, its team, its communities, and the business that makes serving them possible.

Create Connections

Homes are personal, and so is service. We get to know our customers and their preferences while respecting the level of interaction and privacy that feels right for them.
